Healthy heart for 18yr old male?
hey, im 18yr old male, i don't do alot of exercise i do dh riding and i played soccer last year and i guess im active but im not very active, i tend to get tired easy when riding or running, i am thin 173cm tall and only weigh 55kg, i have been checking my pulse lately and have had results as low as 46bpm. Is a heart rate of 49 beats per minute healthy for a 20 year old?
I was just wondering if a heart rate of 49 beats per minute is normal. I am 5'4 weigh around 118 pounds and I don't do any kind of sports and I have read that a low heart rate is good if your an athlete, but i am not. Should I be worried?
